Get Rid of Spending

The sentence “I cannot help but spending and getting everything that I want” is not acceptable. Getting involved with too many debts just because you keep on buying every single thing that you want, regardless of the price, is not forgivable. Who would want to drown him or herself with debts and get frustrated when looking back that he or she just wasted every borrowed cent for luxurious things? No one. No one likes to be in a situation where money is the biggest problem he or she has. Otherwise, it will be the worst scenario of his or her life.

To get rid of having many debts to pay charged with high interest rates, which must be paid in a specific period of time, then you must first get rid of eyeing luxurious things. Some people get not just one but two to three credit cards for the convenience of having something to use when they need to spend on things they want to buy. It’s instant money, actually, and they have a specific amount to spend in cards that they can pay in months or years with the corresponding interest rates. However, most of those who get credit cards, in time, are not able to pay monthly, and that is what causes them debts. They are not able to pay for months until the interest makes the amount of debt bigger, and which makes one not able to pay even just the interest. That is when a person gets drowned with debts.

If you are not sure if you can pay monthly for credit cards, then do not acquire one in the first place. You do not need cards if you have cash. At least, with cash, you can be very careful with how much you shell out every time you spend. Unlike with credit cards wherein you have a specific credit limit, you feel like you have the sky as your limit as long as you have not exceeded yet your credit limit. That is why it is safer for you to hold cash than cards. When you get yourself a card, you get yourself a year or so of debts.

Now, if you really can’t help getting a card, you must be very responsible in handling spending. If you don’t need that expensive television set, then do not get one. If you still have a working car, then don’t get another. The more you acquire of things that are to be paid in long-term, the more you get yourself into more debt. Take spending easy but responsible. You’ll get relieved in the end knowing you no banks are waiting for you to pay.
