Cut Your Debt

Easier said than done. Ever heard that before?  People who say statements like that are negative and have the potential to always be in debt. Let me tell you something, there are a few situations that are going to be hard to get out of in your lifetime and being in debt is one of them. I know because its hard having to pay people back. For that reason alone I don’t lend out money to anyone and I do not owe people money. When you decide to cut your debt you are going to have to fight through a lot of emotional pain. Making money is emotional and paying money take more emotional energy.

For example, how much energy goes into receiving a paycheck, taking it to the bank and knowing that you have money to spend. Not a lot because it is a joyous occasion to get paid to work. Now how much energy goes into paying people what you owe them. Physically having to take money out of the bank and handing it over to a friend or family member or a used car salesman. A lot of energy gets wasted having to do those things because of the emotional stress that is attached to money.

That is why some people hate money. They literally hate to have money and wish that they can work for food and shelter and not have to deal with currency. People get this way when they fall deeper into debt. I often read books and magazines on financial matters and many authors say that debt is a tool. I know by personal experience that debt is not a tool because of the risk that is associated with loans. Debt is only a tool for people who are not willing to work hard and save up money to do something big like open up their own business. Many small businesses today are struggling because they started their business on credit and now are lacking the funds to cut debt and can only pay the interest payments.

Do yourself the favor and cut your debt today and do not wait for tomorrow to start making wise financial decisions, you cannot throw your hands up in the air anymore and declare bankruptcy. Taking our country back starts with you and me becoming debt free.
